first day of track, 4.5Miles in under 23min. damn fast for the first run in over 4 months, and to add to that it was only ~30 degrees F. Cold as hell to be running in, and i am sore as hell. standing is somewhat painfull, that's what i get for not running during the winter, got to run allot this summer, more then twice a week, at least 5 times a week, so I can kick some major ass in CC in my senior year.

TGG States
TGG under reformation, the name The Gramps Group is being dropped completly. The new official name is TGG. The project names are all changing to revolve around a centeral theme, and actuall specs will be released in the comming weeks, well maybe in a month or so.
